Since 1890 Punxsutawney Phil has been prediting if we will have six more weeks of winter or early spring. There has been one time that the event was canceled and war clouds. There are a total of ten times that there is no record of his prediction.
Last year, he predicted an early spring following a three year "Six more weeks of winter" and this year, he has predicted six more weeks of winter!
