So after I got my new watch, I knew that I needed to change my schedule for the afternoon and in the morning to make it last all day.
I usually get home around 4:30 to 5:30pm
I have dinner around 5:30 to 6pm
I have my me time around 6:15 to 7:30pm
I then decided to get whatever I need to get done for the day from 7:30pm to 8:30pm which is about the time that I charge my watch. I also change into my pjs at that time.
I climb into bed and just relax for the rest of the night until 9:30pm and then I fall asleep.
