 Can you believe that it is the end of May and that means that tomorrow is June 1st.

 These people are crazy. It was not fun to drive on Memorial Day weekend.

Why I took May 20th off?

 Many people asked why I took the day after my grandpa's celebration of life off? 

Truth was I deserve to have a day away from work.

Six months and counting

 Today marks six months since my grandpa's passing. I can't believe that it has been six months.

Three day weekend

 This weekend, we have a three day weekend and it is going to be a lot of fun. I am not sure if the plan is to still go up to my aunt's house as I am writing this a few days before the weekend.

This morning, I got up and then go ready to head home. I knew that I needed to stop at the store for work this week and next week so I dropped my stuff at home and then went to the store. I also did laundry.

The weekend is over and that means that it's time to recap.

Friday: I just relaxed and went to the casino.

Saturday: I went down to get dutch and then went back home after getting gas.

Sunday: We went over to my grandma's house and then had my grandpa's celebration of life.

This morning, I went to work and then waited to see if they were going to let me go home early and they did.

I was able to get some things home before heading up to my parent's house where I just watched tv shows and then relaxed for the rest of the night.

Grandpa's celebration Speech

 Back in December, when we knew that we were going to do a celebration of life for my grandpa. I knew that I wanted to speak. Now I am not the best at public speaking in front of people but I knew that I was not going to do it if I was scared.

It also helped that my uncle and dad were there. I kinda forced my dad to do it through. He was not to happy about it but he still did it.

 Today marks a special day for our family. It's my grandpa's celebration of life.

This morning, I woke up and started doing laundry. I needed to make sure to schedule the Kaiser payment, but I ended up forgetting to do that.

I needed to change the calendars for both whiteboard and regular calendar. I also needed to change the DVD. I also needed to charge my devices for my work tomorrow. 

I will see you tomorrow because I am not sure if I am going to go to work tomorrow.

This morning, I woke up with a headache and I thought nothing about it because sometimes that happens when I haven't slept well the night before. I ended up starting to vommit and then I was able to make it home.

My plan is to stay home and just rest. I did end up having to call out of work tomorrow due to this.

Friday: I went home to pack my clothes and then headed up there. I was able to watch shows.

It's time for another adventure to my favorite place to go to which is Round Lake. 

 

Hello May 2024

 This month, we have two birthdays but there might be a third birthday on the way.

At work, I have two three-day weekends coming up at the end of the month but it's all good.

We have Star Wars Day, Mother's Day, and Memorial Day. We also have grandpa's celebration and my anniversary of the apartment.
