Although that this month has mostly been okay, it has been hard since the beginning of November 2023.

Friday: I went up to my parents house right after I went to Dutch Bros.

Saturday: Today I got the Christmas tree all set up and then we went to the family Christmas tree.

Friday: Today I spent the whole day with my aunt. I did end up going to dutch bros and then we just relaxed for the rest of the day.

Saturday: I was awaken early to find out that the dog had escaped her kennell and ate all of her dog food. Lucky for us that they had another bag of dog food up there.

Sunday: I had to leave by 10am so I can get back home to go to the Christmas work party. It was a lot of fun.

Friday: I just ended up relaxing after work. I did laundry and then finished up some items that I needed to get done this past week.

Friday: Today I did not go to work because I did not feel good so I ended up spending the whole day in bed. I was supposed to go see a movie but ended up canceling it.

Saturday: Today I did not go anywhere until I went to dutch. I still don't feel good. I did managed to do laundry and then work on blogs.

Sunday: I did not go to church so I stay home and relax.

Weekend of November 22 to 26

Wednesday: I had to get gas before I went up to the mountain but I also stopped at Dutch Bros beforehand. I worked on stars hours and managed to get two hours done and that means that I only need eight more.

Thursday: Happy Thanksgiving! This morning, we got up and headed down for Dutch Bros. Then we came back and cooked our turkey dinner. We ended up visiting my grandpa in the hospital and got some bad news about him.

Friday: This morning, we got up and went shopping! It's almost time for Christmas. We were able to take my grandma home today. I did laundry.

Saturday: I ended up doing some blog posts before the end of day but we spent quite a bit of time with my grandpa since something happened with his surgery and has been given 24 hours to 48 hours to live. 

Sunday: This morning, we got some bad news with my grandpa. He ended up passing away early this morning. We went to eat, go shopping, and then coming back home before resting for the rest of the night.

Sunday: This morning, we got a phone call from my dad saying that my grandpa was in the hospital. We would find out that he had a heart attack and that he was in the hospital so we went to the hospital before going shopping and doing my laundry.

Friday: Today, I went up to my parents house because we had to pick up my dad from the airport. We went ot get dinner and early breakfast.

Saturday: We went to the hospital to see my grandpa and then went to another hospital to see my grandma. We went to get gas and then went home.

Hello December 2023

 This month, we have one birthday but that could all change when my cousin welcomes her baby boy into the world.

We have Christmas and New Years Eve.

We only work until December 22nd and then we are on vacation until January 2nd. 

We will be saying goodbye to the fall season and hello to the season of winter.

Update on Grandparents

We have an update on both grandparents that were recently admitted to the hospital.

Grandma- She was admitted for about a week and is now home.

Grandpa- He was released on November 18th and went back to the hospital on November 19th. The doctors went in to clear up some liquid out of his lungs and sadly it cost his lungs to collapse the weekend of Thanksgiving. The doctor gave him 24 to 48 hours to live and he passed away on Sunday morning.

 I went to go see Mission Impossible and it was pretty good. I wonder if they are finally finishing alot of these long going movies.

Movie Review: Sound of Freedom

 I got home a little too late to whip out the computer to write this review.

The movie was very eye opening with the fact that there are people are selling these kids into being a slave and not that many people are stopping them.

It's diguesting to see how children were living. It's also diguesting to see how much the repblican party is currently using our children and using this movie for their personal exploiting of our children. 

This needs to be stop.

Today we are going to the beach and see a car show. I did end up falling down at the beach which was weird because I don't normally fall down. The car show was really weird.

On the way back home, I ended up falling asleep for about an hour before waking up to find that we were in Portland.

This morning, I got up and got ready just in case if we had to leave in a few minutes notice. I was annoyed because they made it sound like they were going to call at 8am and they did not call until 9:15 AM and said that they wanted to schedule me tomorrow which was not going to work for me.

We had to drive all the way to Longview which was fine and got that done. I found out that it was from an allegry and the fact that I had pink eye on top of it. I have to take meds for the next ten days.

I let my boss know what they said and of course they were trying to act like it was fine for me to come back to work.

This afternoon after getting off of work, I headed to the eye doctor in hopes that they could see but they ingore me all the way so I went to urgent care. 

It did not take long for them to see me because of my eye status. They could not give me an answer on what is going on so they had ordered me to stay home from work.

After I was done at the hospital, I was getting ready to go home when I got a phone call. I had to drive over to Portland and spend an hour there.

 The next afternoon following my visit to Urgent Care, I found out that I have Pink Eye.

 I am the type of person that hates going to Urgent Care or any hospital for that matter because of what happened when I was younger.

The only reason that I did was because my eye is really bad.

I woke up this morning to the same issue that I was having on Saturday and Sunday so I decided that after work I was going to go to Urgent Care to find out what was going on.

Normally, I get answers of what is going on but today was different. They don't know what is going on. Hopefully tomorrow, I will get the answers that I need to have.

This morning, I got up and got ready to go down to Dutch Bros. We would later head to the beach to see the fireworks.

Two months at the apartment

 Even through I got the keys on May 10th, I am officially at the apartment for two months now and there is a quite a bit that I need to share.

So June 21st, I noticed a noise coming from the bathtub and it sound like I had something in there but I was not sure. I did not hear the noise again until the next day. I was thinking that a few days that it would go away but it did not work. 

I am not sure where it coming from and of course I had to report it so they could get it out of there. About a week goes by and it's still gone. 

I hope to say by next update that it's gone but we will see.

CPR Training

 Yesterday marked my second year taking the CPR class and this year I was hoping not to have take any meds but that was not the case.

I will fill you in later on.

I still don't have much of a voice and trying to get it back. I felt better yesterday and knew that it might have been a risk going to work. I went to work and sure enough my voice decided that it wanted to go away.

I was able to go back home and get some more voice so hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

 It's that time of year where I say that I can't believe that we only have five more months in 2023. It's really a shock on how fast this year has gone by.

This month, we have three birthdays and Fourth of July. We also have one day off of work. 

Compare to last year, I don't have to get my car fixed again.

This morning, we got up and ready for the day since we had to drop my mom's car off to get the tires done. We went over to Dutch before heading to home depot for some items.

We left home depot and then dropped the flowers and herbs off at my apartment so we can go see the movie. After we finished dropping them off, Costco called my mom and said that the car was ready so we had change of plans.

We went to get my mom's keys so we can go see the movie. We went to Olive Garden and Bed, Bath, and Beyond before going to see the movie. We got out of the movie and then we went to get my mom's car and head home.

I started laundry and then just relax for the rest of the night.

This morning, we got up and watched Night of Champions and then got ready to leave. We went to Dutch Bros and they were busy and then we went to get food before going to another Dutch bros. Then we went over to Lowes and decided to get what we wanted in Portland to save a little bit of money.

We headed to Costco where we got things that we needed and then headed home to help my dad with some yard work before leaving to get gas.

 I must say that this movie was pretty slow until the very end of the movie. I can't believe that they killed off John Cena's character and then rekilled off Hans. They just brought him back.

I got up and got ready for work since I knew that this would be my last drive in from the mountain to go to work. It is a little bitter sweet but that is okay.

Work was fine and I even got off of work early and then headed home to my apartment where we were currently having a thunderstorm. I am not a fan of driving in them but that's okay.

We unloaded my dad's truck before heading back up to the mountain where I got the last of my things for the day. I figured that I would get the rest of them this weekend.

The drive was not bad on the way home until we got to WA side because I am not used to driving on the washington side.

The movie was good and I can't believe that it was the last one of Guardians of the Galaxy. I honestly think that they need to keep making them.

This morning, I got up and hanged out with my dad before heading back to bed for a few hours. I ended up waking up around 7am and got ready for relax with my sister and her kids.

We left the hotel around 10am and made it back home by 6pm. It took us about seven hours to get home.

 There is not much to pack up and get ready to move for May 10th.

I need to finish packing up the yellow room and my bedroom. I need to grab the last minute bathroom items. I need to grab my lunch items and mugs along with the car items.

There are a few storage contenders that are in the she shed that I just need help pulling down but other than that it's all ready.

 The first thing that I knew that I needed to do was to make a list of all the things that I knew that I needed to pack and the things that I needed to buy.

The second thing was that I needed to start packing all the bathroom items that I wanted to keep along with the top of the dressers. I also knew that I needed to pack up the closet items.

Spring Cleaning before the move

I decided the day that I found out that I wanted to make sure that all of my spring cleaning was done before the move. I knew that I had so much to do before the move that I was only going to be do it mostly on weekends and evenings after work. I also knew that would mean that I would have to watch service online for a few weeks until my move so that way I could get it all done.

The first thing, I knew that I wanted to get rid of was the plastic contenders that I had. Truth was that I have been wanting to get rid of them for a while. One of them was just filled with the bathroom items and it was broken so I was able to clean that one out the first weekend and then packed up the items that I wanted to keep.

Spring cleaning: Bedroom

 Today we wanted to go through my bedroom stuff. 

I do mostly go through my clothes and get rid of them when they no longer fit. Today I needed to focus on my spring clothes. I wanted to go through most of it and see what I wanted to go.

I also went though my storage cubbies and got rid of most of it so that way it's easy for me to manage. 

Spring cleaning: Bathroom

 This year for spring cleaning, I decided to go through my bathroom stuff and get rid of items that I don't need or want.

Let's start with towels, I decided that I wanted to go through the towels that I call hair towels. I have so many of them and knew that I needed to cut down on them. I managed to get rid of five of them that were in bad shape. The beach towels are fine.

Let's move to the shampoo and body wash, I got rid of many of them that were almost empty and then move on to the other items that I don't use.

Spring cleaning: Car

 Today I wanted to get to work on my car. Lucky there is not that much to clean out of my car since I keep it pretty cleaning.

Now for the cleaning of the other items that I have. I knew that I need to go through the supplies that I have.

This morning, I got up and ready for church. I stopped at dutch bros before heading to church. I only had a few minutes before service started when I got there. I told a few of my friends my special news because I am waiting until May to share what it is.

When I got out of church, I headed to go to Target but they don't open until 11am so I went to Big Lots and Wal-Mart before heading back to Dutch bros. I headed home to relax a little bit before doing my laundry.

This morning, I woke up and texted my boss to let them know that it was still snowing and I don't think that I would be able to make it in. My dad said that the road was horrible.

I worked on blogs and thought about all of my blogs for the month of April. I also learned how to put on my snow chains which will be featured in my next blog post.

We are supposed to get more snow tomorrow night so I am not sure if I am going to work. It all depends on my dad's drive up the hill on Friday morning.

I was not able to drive in this morning due to the snow. I just did not want to take a chance since last time that it decided to snow all day long.

The road is still not plowed so I was not able to go to work. I just relaxed and finished getting over my cold. Tomorrow I will be able to get to work.

Due to the fact that they did not plow our street, I was not able to get out so I was stuck at home again. Today I am supposed to get my snow chains so hopefully they will be in.

I discovered yesterday that they were the wrong size so I had to order new ones and they will be here on Friday.
